This Privacy & ePrivacy statement (‘Statement’) is an integral part of the website (as well as its content if and to the extent provided or otherwise made available in any way and from time to time) of SOSid B.V. (‘SOSid’), a private company with limited liability based in the Netherlands and registered in the registers of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 24375545, to the visitor and/or user of the website (collectively: ‘User’).

This Statement governs the privacy and related matters when using SOSid’s website and its content (collectively: ‘Website’) and how a User can exercise its rights regarding its Personal Data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ('GDPR'), ePrivacy and related applicable laws and regulations hereunder.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website (which includes without limitation any services, whether from SOSid or third parties) User acknowledges that User has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this Statement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any and all disputes that may arise with respect to this Statement will be referred exclusively to the competent court of Rotterdam. The above choice of forum is without prejudice to the right of SOSid as plaintiff or petitioning party to elect for the competent court of the domicile or place of business of User. Parties hereby each irrevocably waive any right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding between the parties whether hereunder or otherwise.
